So I am going to be brutally honest and this is something that I didn’t realise I was not alone in I saw today that a person who is a disability support worker on linked in was saying that people who come to the role need to be aware of the boundaries that come with that role and not say that they are all family and friends as it sets people up for disappointment and loss when that person moves on.
